Oh Cathy you do make me laugh! I love the stamp on his bum! Will he be a letter, large letter or a package do you think? I bet he is getting very excited and I for one can't wait to find out where he is off to. Perhaps somewhere in the UK would be best then he will not need to worry about the volcanic ash preventing his flight?!

He's an Eager Beaver isn't he, love the stamp ;-)

Hi Cathy - better book the ferry or DHL for this guy! Looks like he might have to use his own flight apparatus to get to his destination -if it's in the no-go zone!
Love the quirky take on his travels!

I trust it was a Lion stamp :)

I dread to think where you put the return address :(

I hope he's not trying to get into that post box that Jane found with the birds nesting inside it! After all, three's a crowd and all that jazz.... If you've only got a first class stamp he won't be going too far then? Do let us know where he's heading once the volcano has subsided! Lesley x

Ernest dear - you appear to have a stamp on yout bum.... they are supposed to go in your passport ! I hope you are behaving for Cathy - though I get the distinct impression you are not !

Cathy- thanks for the link about knitting jackets for chickens - poor we things. Mine have been very naughty today had a severe clipping when I got them home!

Ernest doesn't really want to go and it's all Stella's fault!

The sun's setting as I write Cathy and there doesn't appear to be a cloud in the sky. Should be another good evening for Moon gazing! Bfn, Lesley

I've just shown Jess & Joe what Ernest has been up to... they are laughing but slightly horrified at the same time ( though I have to admit by the time Ernest gets home, Jess's piercings will have multiplied )

LOL least he's got a cute bottom for the stamp, a stamp would get lost on my rear end!

I'm glad you had the lightbulb moment and realised that you are not losing the plot with your comments on my blog. I only put moderation on as I was getting a lot of chinese which I'm not fluent in. offers for things which would make bits of me that I don't even have grow to larger proportions or selling me knock off watches :D
